Personalized Market Analysis

We evaluate your property by running comparisons based on the proximity to your home, then the age, the beds and baths and square footage. We can get a very accurate estimate on the Actual Retail Value (ARV). We formulate a strategy for the right buyer, or lender, contractor.

Custom Strategy Development

Designing approaches based on your property and what the Actual Retail Value really is, and how much will the rehabilitations be? What is needed to bring it up to its full potential. We can then sell your home - no realtor fees, no closing costs, just a cashiers check at closing!

Transaction Quick and Easy

If an offer is accepted, the seller and buyer sign an agreement on the amount. A licensed home inspector, inspects the property, if passed, within 24 hrs. an EMD goes into escrow. Within 20 to 25 days a cash deposit is made into escrow from the buyer and the seller gets paid and the deal is closed.
